We have hedgehogs in our hedges! My husband spotted them when he was coming home late from a work thing. We've found on line instructions on how to make a hedgehog feeding station, essentially a maze that cats can't get through and are thinking of setting up a camera so we can watch our adorable spiky visitors do their thing. My husband always wanted an African pygmy hedgehog as a pet, but there is something infinitely cooler about having endangered European hedgehogs roaming about our yard. We'd suspected for a while, because something was leaving weird skat that a Google search had identified as the feces of a hedgehog, but its another to actually see them poking their cute little noses out of our manicured bushes. I am so psyched.
