So yeah, for all that I push the Jewish identity on the website, my husband is a gentile. ^_^ We do Christmas with his family and Walter is being raised to be proud of both his Jewish heritage and European ancestors. Instead of a Christmas tree, which aside from not being accustomed to it, just seems to be a pain and has layers and layers of religion soaked into, we do evergreen wreaths and hang them with ornaments. My husband has 30+ years of decoration given to him his whole life by his parents, I only have a few, didn't start doing a wreath for myself till my son was born. Along with winter solstice and spring equinox, we are celebrating summer solstice a la Tu'Beshevat and Sukkot for the fall equinox, so that there's a continuity to the year's celebrations.
