530: Not Too Bright

I subscribe to a lot of health food magazines. Mainly it's because it's easy to make food taste good, but to be tasty and good for you is a real challenge. Lately all they've been talking about is how fats are now healthy and how nutritionists have gotten it wrong for decades. I stick by my creed of everything in moderation, but I wonder how people who follow the fads feel. First, everyone cuts all the fats out of their diets and replaces them with carbs, now it's cut all the carbs out. Does one feel cheated having eaten plain white bread only to find out that butter is now considered healthy?
