I'm really proud of my strength. My record with shisuo, stone locks, kettle bell's older Chinese cousins, is 90 lbs tossed three times with one hand. I've probably slipped a bit these days, but I'm still strong and brute force has never been a limiting factor in kendo. However, being married to someone who is absolutely huge, I must say that wingspan trumps strength in a lot of cases. There are all these big bulky things that I can't wrap my little hands around or that reach below my knees making it hard to walk, but that my husband easily moves despite being weaker than me. I could kick his butt at martial arts, but he'll beat me at a box moving contest every time!
