I've never liked skim milk. It looks like blue water to me. I buy 2%. After the studies came out that whole milk wasn't bad for you, because the full fat meant people felt more satisfied and drank less, I tried switching to whole for a while, but it made no difference in our dairy consumption, which is pretty much cooking and cereal, so I went back to the 2%. We get enough cholesterol in our diet as is. Then other day I accidentally bought a gallon and decided that maybe I didn't really like skim milk, maybe I had just never given the blue water a chance, so I poured myself a bowl of cereal and...yep, tastes to me as lackluster as it looks.
