483: Turning the Tables

I'm always surprised at how expensive dairy is. I feel like meat should be the most expensive thing out there, but I can find antibiotic free, humanely raised meat sometimes as cheaply as 2 dollars a pound and on average don't pay more than 5 dollars for a meal's worth of meat. However good cheddar, fresh mozzarella, real parmesan etc. often runs a lot more than that. Lasagna at my house is a splurge meal rather than an economical one.
