I just got back from a wonderfully relaxing vacation in Maine. I ate every kind of seafoodI could find and went swimming twice a day. It felt nice to let that salt water really seep into my bones. Now that I'm back though, I'm craving whole grains. Usually everything I eat is whole oats, whole wheat, half polished rice etc. and almost a week of having B&B unfrosted fluffy cupcakes posing as blueberry muffins and white bread everything has left me feeling grain deprived.
