At work last year we had a mouse problem. I solved it in my office by putting all my food stuffs in a glass jar. Other people weren't so practical and eventually they hired an exterminator. I'm very thankful that the mice had quickly figured out my office yielded no treats, but all the same had to ask the guy only to put down neck breaking traps instead of glue ones. I don't like unnatural death at any time, but the glue paper seemed a new level of cruel. The exterminator agreed, he personally would have preferred to just let a hoard of barn cats roam the warehouse and offices for the weekend. I have to agree it would have been a more natural way to get rid of the problem and the predator scent would have kept critters away for months afterwards.
